Tell us about your studio and your next production
A useful first message says what kind of studio you run, whether it is news or live entertainment, and what you would like to improve. Mention how many crew and studios are involved, and anything that is currently hard to coordinate.

Preparing to meet the team
Please contact us before visiting our Reading address so we can arrange a time and the right people. A short conversation beforehand helps us prepare for what you want to discuss.
Your studio and set-up
Which studios, equipment and crews would you like to talk about, and how are they planned today? A brief description helps us bring the right colleague.
Your current schedules
Do you have rundowns, run-sheets or booking records you could share beforehand? Seeing how you work now lets us suggest changes that suit you.
Who should attend
Would producers, technical crew or studio managers benefit from joining the conversation? Let us know so we can arrange the discussion around the people involved.
