Privacy Policy

What happens to the data that reaches us through this website, and what you can ask of us.

Last updated: 27 October 2026

newzara takes the protection of your personal data seriously. This page describes which data we process on newzara.net, for which purposes and which rights the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018 give you. It applies to everyone who visits the website and to people who contact us by email or through the contact form.

Who is responsible

The controller responsible for data processing on this website is newzara, 14 Kings Road Business Court, Reading RG1 3AR, United Kingdom. You can reach us by email at hello@newzara.net or by phone at 0118 496 2031. The policy covers the pages published under newzara.net and the enquiries we receive through them.

This site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly process their data. Parents or guardians who notice that a child has contacted us can ask us at hello@newzara.net to remove the message from our records.

Cookies and browser storage

This website keeps stored entries to a minimum. It does not use advertising cookies, it does not follow visitors across other sites, and an answer you give to a cookie notice stays in your own browser.

Your browser lets you review what is kept for this website, erase it and prevent it from being stored again. If you block entries that the site needs in order to function, some pages may not display correctly.

Rights of data subjects

You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict its processing, to object to processing based on legitimate interests and to receive your data in a portable format. Consent can be withdrawn at any time.

To use these rights, send a request to hello@newzara.net or to our postal address. We may ask for details that allow us to identify you, so that data does not reach the wrong person, and we answer within the period the law provides.

If you believe that we handle your data unlawfully, you may complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), in addition to any other remedy.

Data we collect

Visiting the website creates server log entries: IP address, time of access, requested file, transferred data volume, browser and operating system. We use these entries only to operate the site safely, to keep it available and to investigate technical errors.

When you contact us in writing or by telephone, we process the contact details you provide and the information contained in your enquiry. Where a form is used, only the fields marked as required are needed; any further detail you add is voluntary.

Retention

We keep personal data only as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected for, or as long as statutory retention periods require. After that it is deleted or the reference to a person is removed.

Server logs are removed by our hosting provider after a short period. Messages stay with us while the matter is open and for some time afterwards, in case you return to the same question.

Purposes and legal grounds

The information described here serves a limited set of purposes: running newzara.net without faults, answering your questions, preparing offers or agreements and meeting the duties that come with running a business.

Depending on the case, the basis is your consent, the performance of a contract or steps taken before entering into one, a legal obligation, or our legitimate interest in a secure website. Without the details we ask for, we may be unable to reply.

Data security

Technical and practical safeguards protect the data we hold against loss, alteration and access by people who are not entitled to it. Where your browser supports it, the connection to this website is encrypted.

No transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure, so we cannot exclude every risk. Within our company, access to the messages we receive is limited to the people who answer them.

Sharing of data

We do not trade in personal data. It reaches only the companies that keep this site online and handle our email on our behalf, bound by contract to our instructions, and the authorities that are entitled to request it.

If a provider operates servers or support staff abroad, data may leave the country in which we are established. We work only with providers who commit to the level of protection that the applicable law requires for such transfers.

Amendments to this notice

This policy may be updated when the website, our services or the rules that apply to us change. The version on this page, with the date shown at the top, is the one that applies when you visit.

Changes are not announced one by one, so it is worth looking at this page from time to time. If a change affects processing that rests on your consent, we ask for that consent again first.
