FAQ

Questions we hear often

These are the questions that come up most often in first conversations. If yours is missing, send it through the contact page and we will answer it directly.

Who is newzara designed for?
newzara is built for studio managers, producers and technical crew at television newsrooms and live entertainment productions. It brings equipment, crew schedules and show coordination into one shared workspace. Smaller studios and larger galleries use it in the same basic way.
Can we use only part of the service?
Yes. Some teams start with equipment management, others begin with newsroom rundowns or lighting coordination. You can add more later as the studio gets comfortable. We discuss your starting point first, so you only take on what you need.
How does a project begin?
You contact us through the contact page with a short description of your studio and what is not working. We talk it through, then send a written quotation or confirmation. Work starts once that is agreed and the arrangements are clear.
Do you help us set up our workflows?
Yes. Priya Nair works with newsrooms and live shows to set up rundowns and crew routines that match the daily rhythm. Tom Bradshaw advises on camera, lighting and sound planning. We adapt to how your team already works.
Can camera, lighting and sound teams work in the same place?
That is the idea behind the shared workspace. Each department keeps its own plans, such as shot lists, lighting plots and audio setups, while everyone sees the same schedule. It reduces the messages passed between gallery and floor.
How is equipment tracked across several studios?
Cameras, lenses, monitors and cabling are recorded with clear booking and maintenance information. Staff can see what is available, what is in use and what is due for checking. This works across more than one studio.
How do I pay for a service?
Nothing is bought on the website. After an enquiry we send a written quotation or confirmation, then an invoice that you pay by bank transfer. The prices page explains what each service includes.
What happens if we need to cancel?
Cancellations and refunds follow our payment and refund policy, which sets out what applies at each stage. If your plans change, tell us as early as you can and we will explain how the policy applies to your order.
