Cookie Policy
Which entries this website keeps in your browser and how you can change your decision.
newzara operates newzara.net. This page sets out which entries the site places on your device, why they are used, what happens when a cookie notice is accepted or rejected, and how an answer can be withdrawn.
What cookies and similar technologies are
A cookie is a short piece of text that a site leaves in your browser to remember a setting or a choice. Browsers have a comparable local storage area for small entries that stay until they are deleted, and this policy treats both in the same way.
How your choice is recorded
Where this website shows a cookie notice, it appears on the first visit with one button to accept and one to decline. Your answer is then kept as a single value in the local storage of that browser (localStorage), and the notice sets no cookie of its own. In another browser, on another device or where storage is blocked, it is shown again.
Changing your choice later
Consent given earlier can be withdrawn at any time, as easily as it was given: clear the data this website has stored in your browser and open a page again, so the saved answer is gone and, where a notice is shown, you can decide once more. Independently of that, every common browser offers settings for cookies and site data, where stored entries can be inspected or deleted.
Tracking, profiling and data protection
There are no advertising or retargeting cookies here and no tracking across websites, and we do not build profiles of visitors. Entries that can be connected to a person count as personal data; the privacy policy of newzara sets out why they are used, how long they are kept and what your rights are.
Categories used on this website
Only a few entries are needed to run this website, which presents information and contact details rather than an account area or an online shop. Strictly necessary entries keep the pages usable and secure and include any value that remembers a decision about a cookie notice; for them no consent is required under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR).
The server that delivers this website sets one cookie of this kind. It contains only a random value, nothing that identifies you by name, and serves to recognise a returning browser and to protect the site against automated abuse. The cookie is renewed whenever you come back and is deleted 30 days after your last visit.
How long entries are stored
Some cookies last only until the browser is closed; others are kept for a limited time so that a setting is still known on your next visit. The value saved by a cookie notice has no expiry date and stays in the browser until it is deleted there.
Cookies set by other providers
No external content with cookies of its own is integrated at present. Should an embedded map or video be used in future, its provider may store information on your device as soon as the content is displayed, and this page would be amended before such an element is published.
Updates to this policy and questions
We review this policy when the website changes, when new functions are added or when the rules develop; only the version on this page applies, and the date at the top shows its last revision. Questions can be sent to newzara at hello@newzara.net or asked by telephone on 0118 496 2031.
