Working together

How the team approaches a studio's daily routine

Our backgrounds sit in studio floors, galleries and engineering rooms. That shapes how we listen to clients: we start with the practical questions a floor manager or technical supervisor would ask.

  1. Clarity

Plans, rundowns and kit records are written in plain language that a floor manager, a camera operator and a producer can all read. We avoid jargon of our own and ask crews to correct us when a term does not match theirs. A clear document saves a call to the gallery during rehearsal.

  2. Reliability

A studio depends on tools that behave the same way every day. We test changes against real schedules before they reach a live team, and we say so plainly when something cannot be done. Crews should be able to trust the shared record without checking it twice.

  3. Craft

Planning a camera move, a rig change or an audio patch is a skilled task, and we treat it as one. We take time over shot lists, plots and setup sheets, and we review them with the people who carry them out. Small details, handled carefully, keep a transmission calm.
